2. Material Overview

   • Digitally printed direct to Foamex
   • Printed on either 3mm or 5mm rigid Foamex
   • M1/B1 Fire-Rated
   • Trimmed sides as standard
   • Lightweight and easy to install
   • Flexible and durable, can be stuck, screwed, nailed or riveted to any suitable surface
   • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
   • Maximum size 3m × 1.5m (10ft × 5ft approx.) in one piece

   As the maximum board size is 3m × 1.5m (10ft × 5ft approx.) multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side by side to increase the image area.

   As the Foamex is lightweight, it can be easily installed with adhesive or strong double sided tape as well as having the durability to be screwed straight through.

   Your artwork is printed direct to the Foamex using our Yotta UV flatbed.

   As with any foam-based products, please be aware of possible expansion in heated conditions and direct sunlight. If there is no room for expansion (if it is within a frame) this can cause the product to warp.

   Standard product tolerance is expansion of up to 5mm per linear metre

   Each item is printed and finished to your requirements.
